Our building is 2 blocks east of Parkwest Hospital in the Medical Arts building. The entrance on the back of the building facing the interstate.
Our office hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm. After hours care is available for medical questions that can't wait until the next day.
We are closed on weekends and major Holidays.
