• Self Pay / Cash Pay - We will work with you if you are experiencing financial burdens

• Blue Cross Blue Shield of TN Netwwork P and Network S (Though NOT Blue Advantage or Blue Essential)

• United Healthcare

• Medicare (Traditional)

• We also accept Medicare Part C (known as Medicare Supplement plans) from the above companies with the exception of Blue Advantage and Blue Essentials from Blue Cross. We are hoping to accept BCBS Medicare supplement plans in the future.

We do NOT accept state Medicaid (also known as Tenncare). This includes:

• United Community Plans

• United CoverKids
